Very rude owner. Ordered flowers from her directly and very clearly told her what & how I wanted them. I ask for a picture before she's done, she sends me a picture of the arraignment and it's too small & has other flowers as fillers painted red. She winds up telling me over the phone that I'm wrong, and if I wanted only roses, she's going to have to charge more than the price she originally gave me. Didn't want to argue so I paid more, she then sends me photos of the arraignment and it looked awful. Canceled my order and got my money back, find a better florist, this one likes to scam

I ordered a last minute detailed flower arrangement for my mother in laws 80th birthday. Nena took my order. I asked if she could do a flower cake with my mother in laws favorite flower, a sunflower. She did just that and more. The arrangement surprised my MIL and she loves it! She even did the birthday card in Spanish for me. Thank you, Nena! Order your cake flowers from her!!!! The process was smooth, easy and they were delivered same day!

I received two dozen roses today from my husband. They are so beautiful. I love the butterfly and rhinestone accents which makes them even more special. Ordered flowers for my anniversary. Talked to a super nice lady over the phone who took my order. I told her I didn't want to do the traditional dozen red roses, but I wanted something nice and gave her my budget. She offered a suggestion and it was perfect. On time delivery to my wife's work as well. Will definitely use Nena's going forward.
